A Small Request

Hey folks,
I've noticed a rather dramatic influx of multiple accounts being registered by single IP addresses.
If you have a legitimate (no porn!!) need for more space or higher file size limits etc, just ask.
If you make a crap-ton of accounts, I'll probably just get annoyed and delete them eventually.
Edit:
I've enabled email activation. New users will have to visit an activation link received at a valid email address to use their accounts. The disclaimer has been updated accordingly, regarding the privacy of email addresses.
If you have any problem activating, let me know.

Usage and Disclaimer

This image uploading site is meant to be for personal use, as an aid for people that don't have easy access to hosting. As long as no one attempts to abuse this FREE service, it shall remain open to the public. Feel free to use this site to host images for forums, message boards, etc. Please do not use it to host images for your web site, or anything along those lines.
Abuse of this service can include, but is not limited to:
- Uploading copyrighted images which you do not hold the appropriate rights to.
- Uploading pornography (a swimsuit model is one thing, but, despite my joy of it, try to avoid the HARDCORE XXX COCKS! types of images).
- Uploading images that directly threaten the saftey of others.
- Uploading images for commercial purposes.
- Uploading images that contain illegal content.
Conversely, any original images hosted here are copyrighted to the individual(s) who created them and have chosen to host them here; I do not gain ownership of images once they are uploaded.
I reserve the right to delete any image or ban any user for any reason. If you find an image posted here that you feel should be removed, contact me.
This site requires that each user provides a valid email address for means of account activation and very minimal correspondence. I will not, by any means, provide this email address to any other party. You will not receive unsolicited messages for any reason, other than those directly related to the correct function of your user account or this site.

IT'S ALIVE!

Long story short, someone exploited the uploading script I was previously using for my image uploading site. A backdoor was installed, giving them full reign over my account on the server which this site is hosted. Luckily, I caught this before anything malicious could happen, but needless to say, I was not pleased at the event.
While running this site for the past few years, I have enjoyed watching it grow, and have had a good time tinkering with it (mostly behind the scenes, many times banning the seemingly endless supply of Brazillian porn forums.. hmm).
Right before disabling the old uploading script, the site had peaked in usage with 8.4 MILLION requests (which includes each time an image is requested from a remote site, etc) with over 60,000 page views in one month. This may sound like small bananas compared to many sites, especially the multitude of hosting sites availible these days, but watching MY site (the site with nothing but a textbox for a filename and an upload button) get to there, from nothing, was exciting.
After the exploit, I honestly wasn't planning to fix the site any time soon. When I came across Uploader only a few minutes ago, though, I was inspired to get things rolling again.
You do have to register an account to upload now, but registration is open to anyone. Please give it a shot.
